Rohan R. Koli completed his Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Creative Painting in 2015 from Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai, following a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in 2012 from the same institution. Throughout his career, he has worked as a freelance painter, wall graffiti designer, illustrator, and installation artist, showcasing his versatility across different mediums and formats. Koli's artistic journey is marked by a series of notable achievements. His solo painting exhibition took place at Jehangir Art Gallery in 2015, and he also participated in the prestigious Kochi-Muziris International Biennale in 2016. He has earned recognition for his work, receiving the Best Painting Award from the International Creative Art Centre in 2013 and winning the Camlin Award for Best Painting at Sir J.J. School of Art in both 2012 and 2014. Additionally, he was awarded the Chitari Foundation Award for Best Painting in Pune in 2012. Over the years, Koli has exhibited in numerous group shows at venues such as the Kamalnayan Bajaj Art Gallery in 2016, Maharashtra State Art Exhibition in Mumbai, Bombay Art Society in 2015, and the Art Society of India in 2015. His work has been featured in various exhibitions across cities like Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, and Bangalore. He has also participated in several artist camps and workshops, including the Jatra Festival in Dombiwali (2015), as well as camps in Nawargaon, Nagpur, and other regions such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, Kolkata, Sikkim, and Kerala.
