1. This is my first online auction, how do I bid? +To enable bidding, you will have to register on our website artforconcern.org/Online auction. You will be allocated a Paddle number via email. When the auction begins you can start your bidding either through Email or Whatsapp to one of the numbers mentioned. Phone numbers & email address will be shared on the website.

2. How do I make an absentee bid?+There is an absentee bid form attached to the PDF/website which is self explanatory and which you can fill up and share with us on either email/ whatsapp.

3. How do I know that I am first in running on a particular work or have been outbid?+The current bid on the works will show up in real time along with the Paddle number of the bidder. The next valid bid will be displayed for further bidding.

4. How soon after a sale will I know that I have won. Will there be an instant communication from the organisation if my bid has won? +The winner’s Paddle number will be displayed next to the work and an email will also go from us informing the winner.

5. What taxes will I need to pay over the final price? Is there be a buyer premium?+We DO NOT CHARGE BUYER’S PREMIUM. There will be GST of 12% levied on the final bid price.

6. In how much time will I receive my work?+In normal times we despatch the works within 3 working days, however because of the current situation where reliable courier pickups may be delayed, our despatch might take 20-25 working days.

1.How do I place my order?+You may call on the numbers mentioned above or on our website to confirm sale. You could then proceed to do a bank transfer as suggested by our personal or as details given on the website.

2.What is the authenticity proof that I get my with my purchase?/ Are the works on Art for Concern website authentic?
+Secure Giving guarantees that all works are authentic and genuine.All artworks sold on our website are authentic work as per the details stated of the artwork.The invoice provided with the Artwork confirms the authenticity.
In the event, the buyer has a genuine grievance pertaining to the authenticity of the Artwork, he/she has a period of 15 days to revert with suitable evidence proving that the artwork is not original to the satisfaction of Secure Giving. The decision of Secure Giving is final. -
3. What is My favourite?+make a list of your favourite artworks simply click on the icon. This will list out all the artworks selected by you and will assist you in selecting your favourite piece of art before making your purchase.

4.Where are the objects shipped out from? +All artworks will be shipped out of our respective offices for the Online Show.

5.What are the shipping charges?+All courier charges will be based on actuals and a TO-PAY basis, to be borne by the buyer. Payment of shipping and courier charges will be the time of delivery.

6.Will the objects featured on Art for Concern be insured for shipment?+All sold artworks will be insured when in transit. This cost is included in the shipping and courier charges
It is completely the buyer’s decision whether to get the artwork further insured or not. The cost of insurance would be an additional expense borne by the buyer. Insurance costs depend upon the price of the artwork. Insurance percentage will be approximately 1% of the value of the artwork -
7.What happens to unsold items in a collection on Art for Concern?+If an artwork remains unsold after a certain online show has closed and you are interested in purchasing it, you can contact us for the same within one month after completion of the show. If it is still available for sale, we will let you know.

REFUND POLICY – +As per our organisation policy, once an artwork has been purchased it will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

SHIP AND DELIVERY POLICY+The shipping is initiated as soon as the full payment gets credited to our account. For deliveries within India, typically, it takes about 21 working days for the artwork to reach your place. The time varies depending upon where the artwork needs to be shipped. If the buyer opts for additional insurance the time of delivery will increase if additional insurance has been purchased, delivery time will increase to 1 month. For international shipping, buyer to contact Art for Concern team for further assistance.
