About the Artist
Siraj Saxena is a multifaceted artist specializing in painting, ceramics, and graphic art, with a BFA in Painting from the Government Institute of Fine Arts, Indore (1996). Based in Delhi, he works as a freelance artist and creates sculptures in wood and metal. His art journey spans over 20 countries, with participations in international exhibitions, ceramic symposiums, and artist residencies, including the prestigious Yingge Ceramic Museum in Taiwan. Saxena has also been involved in commissioned art projects in Kuwait and South Africa. Beyond his artistic endeavors, he is an author of three Hindi books and contributes articles to leading Hindi newspapers and magazines. Passionate about art education, he has conducted workshops for various NGOs and serves on the executive board of My Anchor Foundation while advising Meraranng Foundation. A committed environmentalist and cyclist, Saxena views art as a medium for promoting peace, love, and non-violence, believing it enhances life's wellness and aesthetics.
