About the Artist
Avijit Mukerjee is a self-taught artist, whose works are personal stories and personal imageries. His Faces series often have simple motifs around which the artist knits a complex narrative, leaving ample space for the viewer's imagination. Popart meets surrealism in this very detailed and very interesting recent work by Avijit.
