About the Artist
Murali Nagapuzha is a self-taught artist from Kerala. The artist draws inspiration from the luscious green topography of Kerala and makes it his own through his art. His canvases are a reflection of his love for nature and a celebration of its diversity. The wonder of daily life, his surroundings, deep love for nature are delicately captured by the artist. He has participated in several group and solo shows both in India and abroad. He has received several accolades including the Senior Fellowship from Ministry of Culture, New Delhi and 2010 Jackson Pollock Krasner Grant in 2014 and Jackson Pollock Krasner Grant in 2010. Murali Nagapuzha’s works are part of many notable collections including Indian Embassies of Doha and Muscat.
