Satyajeet Pandere, an M.F.A. graduate from Sir J.J. School of Art, is an artist whose abstract paintings are deeply rooted in exploring the complexities of the human condition and celestial beings. His creative process is guided by his subconscious, where subjects emerge organically rather than through conscious intention. Pandere’s work is characterised by a blend of techniques that evoke emotional depth, with a particular emphasis on the female form. At the heart of his work lies an exploration of human figures, often depicted without a defined physical presence. These compositions delve into the human condition, focusing on the gestures and movements of the body in various situations. His works are a visual representation of the complex interplay between form, emotion, and experience, continuously evolving as he navigates the mystery of his subjects. Pandere has exhibited his work widely in India and internationally. His recent exhibitions include shows at Gallery78 in Hyderabad, and exhibitions at Tulika Arts Gallery in Mumbai. He has also participated in international events like Artboda in Seoul, Korea (2021), and Bidgala in Montreal, Canada. Additionally, his work has been featured in prestigious events such as the Maharashtra State Arts Exhibition and the Kokuyo Camlin National Art Contest.
