About the Artist
Born in Karnataka, Arunkumar H G graduated from the M. S. University of Baroda, specializing in sculpture. Since then he has worked in various disciplines, including photography and toy design. The artist manipulates ready-made objects such as toys, plastic, ceramics, hay and TV monitors in varied contextual settings. He has had many solo and group shows, the most recent of which were held in Mumbai, Berlin and New Delhi.
