Ramlal Dhar, born in 1953, pursued his formal art education at the Government College of Art and Craft in Kolkata. He further honed his skills through specialised training at Atul Bose's renowned French Atelier. Dhar received significant support from the Assam State government and scholarship grants from Calcutta, which facilitated his development as an artist. He was also awarded a prestigious opportunity by the French Ministry, allowing him to specialise in murals and mosaics. His works are now featured in prominent collections, including the National Gallery of Modern Art in Delhi, Lalit Kala Akademi in Delhi, and various private collections.Artwork
