About Artist
One of the most interesting talents to have emerged in the printmaking tradition, Rajesh Pullarwar completed his Masters in Fine Arts from the Sir J. J. School of Art, Mumbai. His work is neither bound by tradition nor convention. He experiments in his presentation and is original in his creativity. He has presented solo exhibitions at Chatterjee & Lal, ART India Gallery, and Phillips Contemporary, in Mumbai, as well as group exhibitions at Tao Art Gallery, Mumbai and BCA gallery, Milan. He was awarded the 'Most Promising Artist' of 2005 by the National Gallery of Modern Art, Mumbai. Pullarwar lives and works in Mumbai.
