Hitesh Gilder is a self-taught, Mumbai-based contemporary artist and sculptor known for his dynamic, three-dimensional installations and paintings that combine industrial metallic materials with vibrant colors and natural forms. His experience with hardware and various metals, including brass, bronze, and stainless steel, cultivated his affinity for these materials, which became a hallmark of his artistic identity. Gilder has showcased his work extensively across India at prestigious venues, including multiple solo shows at the Jehangir Art Gallery in Mumbai (2009, 2019) and the Tao Art Gallery in Mumbai (2012).
